Obituary	OBITUARY MR J. D. KEOUGH. ROCKHAMPTON, April 17. Mr John Darcy Keogh, a very old resident of the Alpha district, passed away in a private hospital in Rock- hampton after a short illness. Mr. Keogh, who was a native of Dungog, New South Wales, was born in 1853, but came to Queensland when about 14 years of age, and had been a resident of Alpha for 41 years. For some years he was engaged in carrying. Mr Keogh leaves a widow, nine children, 29 grand children, and two great grandchildren to mourn their loss. The funeral took place at Alpha, a large cortege follow ing the body to the graveside, where the last sad rites were performed by the Rev. Father Hayes, of Barcaldine.
